Behind the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Onitsha lies a poignant scene where hundreds of homeless individuals, including men, women, and children, gather in search of sustenance. With over 500 people relying on the goodwill of passersby, the situation is dire, particularly during inclement weather conditions.
Many of these individuals, especially the children, lack basic necessities such as clothing, shoes, and even a proper place to rest their heads. Amidst this challenging reality, OWENO Foundation stands as a beacon of hope, ensuring that these precious lives are not forgotten or neglected.
Through our unwavering commitment to compassion and resilience, OWENO Foundation dedicates itself to alleviating the suffering of those facing adversity in Onitsha and beyond.
